Pass Plus

Have you recently passed your Driving Test but need more experience on the roads?

Pass Plus is a training scheme designed by The Driving Standards Agency (DSA) aimed at new drivers.  Statistics show that new drivers are more likely to have an accident in their first 2 years of driving compared to an experienced driver.

The Pass Plus course will help you by building on your existing skills to make you a more confident, competent and positive driver. It will also give you experience of driving on some types of roads that you may not have had exposure to yet.

The course normally lasts for a total of around 6 hours and there is no test on completion.  Participation in Pass Plus can lead to discounts from some insurance companies and will make you a safer driver.

The scheme consists of 6 modules:

1. Driving in Town
2. Driving in Adverse Weather
3. Driving on Motorways
4. Driving on Dual Carriageways
5. Driving at Night
6. Driving on Rural Roads
